Northern Radiology is a wholly New Zealand-owned, private company, operating in Northland with locations in Whangarei and Kerikeri, and is proud of its achievement in providing a private radiology service to the Northland area for over 35 years. Northern Radiology is part of the TRG Group of radiology practices.

We have a close relationship with the Northland District Health Board  (NDHB) performing some examinations for NDHB patients. Our radiologists regularly work within the NDHB.. We provide breast screening services from our Kerikeri branch.

Patients in all these locations are offered a walk-in service for general x-rays and are supplied with an immediate report to give their referring practitioner. Our radiologists telephone referrers with unexpected results and to advise urgent follow up if necessary.  

Northern Radiology is committed to the provision of a quality diagnostic radiology service responsive to the needs of our customers, who are patients and referring practitioners. By accepting a quality management philosophy and developing and implementing quality management systems we strive to continually improve the delivery of our services. Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 by International Accreditation New Zealand was achieved in 2002 to ensure the provision of a high quality diagnostic radiology service.
